These classes are perfect for beginners, those a little unsure what mat pilates is all about or those that aren't sure where to start.
Our Open Level Mat classes are designed to strengthen both body and mind through controlled, flowing movements that improve core stability, flexibility, and posture with plenty of options to progress or modify.
Whether you’re looking to complement your existing training, recover from injury, or simply dedicate time to moving with purpose, these classes will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and deeply connected to your body.
