Mat Pilates at THRYV

Curious about Mat Pilates?
Our Mat Foundations series is your chance to experience a slower, more connected way to move — designed to build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling energised and supported. These classes are perfect for beginners, those a little unsure what mat pilates is all about or those that aren't sure where to start.


Our Open Level Mat classes are designed to strengthen both body and mind through controlled, flowing movements that improve core stability, flexibility, and posture with plenty of options to progress or modify.

Whether you’re looking to complement your existing training, recover from injury, or simply dedicate time to moving with purpose, these classes will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and deeply connected to your body.


What to Expect

In our small group sessions (max 7 participants), you’ll be guided through a series of low-impact, full-body exercises that focus on:

  • Core strength & stability
  • Improved posture
  • Mobility & flexibility
  • Mind–body connection

Each class is beginner-friendly with plenty of variations, so you can feel confident no matter your fitness level. 

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or adding a new style to your movement routine, our instructors will ensure you feel comfortable, safe, and supported.
