A strong, energising practice for students who love a challenge. This 90‑minute class blends some of the Bikram poses, the discipline of Ashtanga sequence and the fluid strength of Vinyasa to build stamina, stability, and confidence.
Expect a dynamic flow that builds internal heat, strengthens the whole body, and prepares you for playful inversions and arm balances. Perfect for students wanting to deepen their practice, explore stronger styles, and push their physical edge in a supportive environment.

The Tie-Breaker: In the event of a points draw the winner will be picked at random from those on equal points.
*To keep the challenge fair for all, class attendance points will be capped at 5 per week even if attendance exceeds 5 classes.

Not at all! If you’re new to the studio or currently on a class pack, you can purchase the Challenge Pass. This gives you 3 classes per week, Sauna/Recovery Nook access, and entry to all workshops and the prize draw.
It’s easy. Simply head to the Momence App and select the Weekly Winter Reset Add-on. This unlocks the E-Recipe book, workshop access, and your place in the points challenge.
(Note: Ultimate Members have full inclusion already!)
We reward consistency! You’ll earn points for every class you attend, every recovery session you complete, and every workshop you join. Accumulate points. over the 6 weeks to qualify for our major prize draw.
To get you ready for Day 1, the E-Recipe Book will be delivered straight to your inbox the weekend before the Reset starts. This gives you plenty of time to browse the recipes and meal prep for your first week!
Don’t worry! The point system is flexible. You can make up points by attending extra classes or recovery sessions when you’re back in the studio. It’s about your overall 6-week ritual, not perfection every single day.
Not at all! While the Recovery Nook is a part of the Reset, it is entirely optional. We encourage everyone to try the infrared sauna for its incredible recovery benefits, but if it’s not for you, you can still earn your points through classes and workshops. The Reset is about building a ritual that makes you feel your best.
